Not at all! Our friendly staff will guide you through everything. We have experiences suitable for complete beginners through to seasoned VR enthusiasts.
Most experiences are suitable for ages 10 and above. Some gaming and horror experiences are rated 13+ or 18+. Children under 13 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
Sessions typically run for 30, 60, or 90 minutes depending on the experience chosen. Group and educational sessions can be customised to your requirements.
Modern VR headsets are designed to minimise motion sickness. We recommend starting with a seated or stationary experience if you are sensitive. Our staff can advise on the best options for you.
Our experiences are designed for our in-house hardware setup. However, we do offer headset consultation services if you are looking to purchase your own device.
